The Mustang Softball Powerhouse

The McDonald County Lady Mustang Softball team is an absolute power house in terms of getting the job done. These girls are filled with strength and the will to win, no matter what it takes.

Right now, the Lady Mustangs have a record of 14-2, battling their way all across Missouri and the four state area, with only two losses against Seneca and Raymore-Peculiar

This week they’ll play three games, giving you plenty of opportunity to take a trip to see them. On Tuesday, September 25th, the girls will play in Grove at 5:00.

On Thursday, September 27th, they’ll be bringing it home to play Logan Rogersville at 4:30. Senior Night will also be held Thursday evening where they will honor seniors Kaylee Cornell, Leslie Yousey, and Kylie Helm who is the current state record holder for At Bats Without a Strikeout.

For the the final game of the week, the girls will play at home at 4:30, so be sure to come give them the support they deserve.

Everyone has three chances to see this talented team play, and it is something you don’t want to miss, so come out and watch them as they’re coming towards the end of their season, you will definitely regret it if not!
