Director's Report for September

September kicks off our first Monthly Member meeting with may more to come.  Your Chamber is working hard to enhance the presence of the Chamber within McDonald County.

Recently we’ve launched our first ever, Student Chamber.  When you have some time, click over to the Student Chamber page to learn more about what that means exactly.

We have also opened up what’s “confectionately” known as Commerce Coffee.  “Why do I say ‘confectionately’?”  “Well, I’m glad you asked.”

Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we are opening the Chamber’s Office in Pineville to the members of the community.  We’ll be serving Coffee & Confections.  The coffee shop is ran by our Chamber Ambassadors, D. Wayne & Janice Bearbower.  The Bearbowers joined our team in Mid-August and our growth plans have been non-stop ever since.

To learn more about Commerce Coffee, email us anytime!  Soon you’ll begin to see several posters and fliers around the county.  All are welcome.

In closing for this month, if you are beginning to notice change within the chamber, we’re glad.  The entire team is working hard to do our jobs working for you, The Businesses and Citizens of McDonald County.  We have much more in store …. stay tuned!
